  External door was swollen and stuck. Ivo replaced hinges, adjusted locks and fit draught excluders

  Ivo fit my job in at short notice, this was appreciated. He contacted me when he was on his way. On arrival, he rang to inform me of the proposed solution. He was happy to return and check items of concern. This too was appreciated. It is nice to deal with somebody who likes to do a good job. I hope to use his services again.
