  Emma sorted out an EPC for me at very short notice. Very responsive to messages, turned up on time and sent report and invoice the same day. I wish all contractors were like this - highly recommend.

  Having had a sudden emergency to obtain EPCs for 11 properties I was struggling to find someone to help, luckily I came up on Emma who got the call on Friday and fitted them all on the Sunday, I never thought this possible the feedback from my tenants was fantastic, she was polite, courteous and professional. I don’t know. I was told by the tenants she was extremely nice to deal with which I can confirm with my own experience. She also gave me valuable advice which I have acted on, I can highly recommend Emma who I’m sure will give you a service she gave me.

  Fast, friendly and efficient EPC service

  booked an EPC for one of my properties and honestly the whole process was spot on. She got me booked in quickly and came out after two days. Really friendly, professional and super efficient — in and out with no fuss. Pricing was very reasonable too. She also gave a few helpful tips which was a nice extra. I’ve already recommended her to a couple of people and I’d definitely use her again.

  Emma was very punctual and presentable and had a big smile. she was very informative and also respected my property and took.of her shoes. she was very knowledgeable and conducted the survey without distrupting me. Highly recommend Emma for her professionalism and swiftness as my certificate was with me within 2 hours.
