Emma was brilliant from start to finish. She was very responsive whenI first contacted her, very clear and helpful about the service and the whole process of getting an EPC. When visiting, she was very friendly, talked me through the process, and was always really respectful of our home. She even completed and uploaded the EPC on the same day.
