  Lock fitting and adjustment of a sticky door

  Poor communication - i gave a detailed description of the job to the person on the phone who assured me that the work would be done. The person that arrived had not been updated about the job seemed a decent guy but was initially reluctant to address the door issue, and knew very little about locks and could not really answer even basic locksmith related questions. Although he managed to improve the door, he was a bit careless about chipping/damaging the paint. Would not recommend.
