  Removing tree

  Very impressed with the quality of work completed by the team ( 3 people). They turned up early and worked for about 4.5 solid. Extremely professional job, really nice guys and had a good operation going with one up in the tree cutting, one getting the branches down and chopping into small bits and one carrying waste through house to front. Cleaned up everything except for some bits in kitchen / hall, but possibly my fault as I started sweeping whilst they were here so they probably assumed I would do. Left no rubbish at all outside which was completely clear when left. Would highly recommend!

  Penetrating damp treatment, wall structural repair and plastering

  Shabir visited the property initially to do a brief survey / investigation and told us what did and didn’t need doing (other companies tried to tell us everything needed doing but Shabir was honest and told us that some areas were not a problem at all). He helped repair the penetrating damp issue, but also help with a structural repair on an adjoining wall by installing Helibars and also mesh to control cracking. At the end, he replastered the whole room. He was professional, always on time, cleaned up every day, did an excellent job and would highly recommend! Thank you.

  Fixing mould / damp issues

  HB5 came out to check what work needed to be done. They were desperate to get in and out, despite me asking them to check the whole house. Immediately told me we’d have to rip everything down and start again. I got a quote through from someone else at the company, going off just a few photos, for £22.5k. TWENTY TWO AND A HALF THOUSAND POUNDS. Genuinely it made me sick with anxiety for a few days. We got two other companies out who have said almost all the work recommend to be done by HB5 was not needed - quotes were less than £2k from elsewhere. Absolutely sickening behaviour from HB5. AVOID.
