  Gutter and roof leak repair

  I had gutters in need of repair in a few places and a roof leak near the chimney. After the initial repair failed on the gutter John came back another 2 times to fix it and didn't give up. Great communication throughout which is refreshing. The work was explained fully to me and reasonable quotes received quickly. Pictures of the repairs were shown where possible. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Car door replacement

  Great service, Roger replaced my dented door which was not an easy feat due to it needing a full rebuild, not a simple swap in. Fair price and even fixed my electric mirrors which I thought were permanently broken!

  Apply damp proof course to bay window and install new air bricks

  On day 1 they arrived and said the carpet should have been removed prior to works (says this nowhere in T&Cs). No worries, said they could roll it back. Barely rolled it back a metre, didn't cover it properly, radiator leaked all over carpet. Stain did not come out. Mr Wadey was very defensive and refused to replace it, saying their T&Cs covered the damage (they didn't).

  To clean windows, gutters and conservatory

  Good communication from Andy, kept in touch and managed to fit me in soon after requesting his services. Really nice friendly guy with great attention to detail. Showed me his work at the end and explained any problems, plus gave advice on how to clean some small problem areas in the future. Quoted far less than one of the other top window cleaners on here, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
