  Treating mould and damp treatment

  We felt confident with Luke’s visit and subsequent survey that Dorset DPC understood and could fix our damp issues. The work was carried out by Dean who was very polite and kept us up to date throughout and was happy to answer any questions during the job. We were pleased with the completed work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dorset DPC.

  Rising damp issues

  I found Dorset DPC to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about the damp issues we were experiencing. From the initial survey conducted by Luke, to the completion of the work by Dean and Shane we were very happy. They were at all times friendly and professional.   We found the technician to be very polite and pleasant and carried out the work in a timely and efficient manner. When presented with the final invoice we realised part of the work had not been completed. This was subsequently completed without any complications. Overall very happy with the company and their work.
