  Prompt and efficient service.

  After asking DPC to look at my bedroom walls, they came promptly and confirmed that there was a danger of mould although it was hardly visible. Within a few days they installed an air vent on one wall and gave useful advice on how to prevent mould starting again. The cost was minimal and the work done in a friendly and efficient manner.

  DPC for reliability

  I have been a returning customer of D P C for several years.This is because I trust Luke to give me an honest and detailed report of any problems.The varied work and remedial treatment that has been carried out has always been done to a high standard and at a v ery competitive price.His workforce are always polite and reliable and their work is of a high standard.I am extremely satisfied with the recent external rendering done by Dean.

  Luke came along and carried out a survey of the damp issue. Quickly highlighting the problem the quote was sent through within the week. After agreeing the costs. A date was fixed for the work to be carried out and was done over 3 days the area was left clean and tidy each day. Really pleased with the finished work. Final invoice arrived just over a week later. I would recommend them without hesitation.

  Treating mould and damp treatment

  We felt confident with Luke’s visit and subsequent survey that Dorset DPC understood and could fix our damp issues. The work was carried out by Dean who was very polite and kept us up to date throughout and was happy to answer any questions during the job. We were pleased with the completed work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dorset DPC.

  Rising damp issues

  I found Dorset DPC to be extremely professional and knowledgeable about the damp issues we were experiencing. From the initial survey conducted by Luke, to the completion of the work by Dean and Shane we were very happy. They were at all times friendly and professional.
