  A disappointing experience

  Unfortunately we have not had the same experience as others. The standard of finish we have ultimately been left with is below par in places and will now require further attention/work by others. To compound this after the most recent and “final” visit we were left with a terrible mess to clear ourselves. All in all a poor experience but not sure Ian or team ultimately care about that. Final point to note - Be careful with what Ian quotes and get absolute clarity on what they intend to do - numerous items that were quoted were “misunderstood” by us and not completed as described.
