10 Internal garage conversion, plus new porch

We decided to work with Ultra firstly based on their reviews, but also following the initial site visit. They asked twice as many questions, and pointed out twice as many points of interest than any of the other quotes we had done. Once they started the job, we were proved correct. Communication with Ian was excellent and constant. Paul is a great guy and will genuinely miss him being around! Not only has he done an excellent job with all of the work, but he managed all of the sub-contractors with zero fuss. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Ian, Paul and their team are highly skilled and highly professional. We absolutely love our kitchen/dining/living extension. Great communication throughout the build and solution focussed approach to issues that arose. We’ve also had a positive experience with aftercare.
