  Brickwork repair, window replacement and loft hatch relocation

  Excellent service by Ian, Paul and Bill. This was our first major work after buying the house and was carried out quickly, efficiently and with an outstanding attitude. Very happy with the work.

  A disappointing experience

  Unfortunately we have not had the same experience as others. The standard of finish we have ultimately been left with is below par in places and will now require further attention/work by others. To compound this after the most recent and “final” visit we were left with a terrible mess to clear ourselves. All in all a poor experience but not sure Ian or team ultimately care about that. Final point to note - Be careful with what Ian quotes and get absolute clarity on what they intend to do - numerous items that were quoted were “misunderstood” by us and not completed as described.

  New Kitchen

  Our experience with Ultra has been nothing short of brilliant. Ian Paul and the team have been superb from start to finish. From planning to completion I was always told who would be on site and when. Another massive plus was the room was left spotless at the end of the day. Ultra took care of fitting new window and patio doors as well as plumbing electrics plastering flooring and painting. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ultra in fact we have already enquired about another job. If you are thinking of having any work done look no further Ultra will turn your dreams into reality.

  Kitchen knock through

  Ian and Paul worked on a kitchen knock through which included taking out a wall, plumbing, electrics, floor tiling and decorating. All of the works were completed to an immaculate standard and nothing was too much trouble for Ian and Paul. The planning was done so that there wasn't any delays in between the different trades, and even when extra jobs were added to the project this was no problem. All throughout the project I had regular updates letting me know how things were progressing. I will definitely be using Ultra for any other building works that I need in the future,

  I’ve used Ultra Developments a number of times now, and they are always my go to builder for any job. Ian and Paul are super knowledgeable and have always got the best option for any work you want carrying out. Super friendly and reliable and are highly recommended.
