  Removal of internal supporting wall between kitchen and dining room.

  From posting the job on Checkatrade Ian called arranged a survey turned up when he said and quoted quickly. Work has now been completed very pleased from start to finish thanks to the lads for a great job. Would definitely recommend.

  Living Room

  After Ultra completed the building work for our new kitchen we had no hesitation in getting Ian Paul and the team back to do work in our living room. As expected the job was planned and the guys turned up when we were told they would and left the room spotless when finished. The work we had done was old fireplace removed and boxed in, old radiator removed and replaced with a new one which was also relocated to the bay and the room painted and decorated all to an excellent high standard which was no surprise. All the team our trustworthy and I had no issues leaving them in the house to work.

  Ultra Developments quoted for a personal door, window and frame to be fitted at rear of garage. Price was agreed, measuring done and materials manufactured. They returned to fit and removed brickwork to accommodate new door and window. Totally professional company, reasonable cost. Have already engaged them to quote for further work

  Replacement of composite door

  This is the second time Ultra has carried work out on my property and once again, a flawless job. Competitive price, seamless communication and a spotless area upon completion. The professionalism shows in every aspect and the array of positive reviews proves this. Ultra will always be my first point of call for any future jobs, with quotes for jobs 3 and 4 already in the process I highly recommend this company for any works.

  Conservatory conversion

  Ultra recently converted our old conservatory into a wonderful additional room space. The guys were accommodating from the start with design suggestions, and were very supportive throughout the project. Always on time, great communication, top class work, and also kept everywhere clean and tidy. We're now enjoying the fantastic results, so thanks to Ian & Paul particularly, the second time we've used them and won't be the last. Cheers!

  Internal wall removal - thank you!!

  Excellent service from Ultra developments. We had our utility wall removed, opening our kitchen/ utility into one large room. They completed the work to a very high standard, communicated well throughout, and offered a fair price. During the project, they offered us great advice along the way regarding the finer details which really made you feel like you were looked after! We’re thrilled with the results and will definitely use them again for future projects!
