  Ian, Paul and their team are highly skilled and highly professional. We absolutely love our kitchen/dining/living extension. Great communication throughout the build and solution focussed approach to issues that arose. We’ve also had a positive experience with aftercare. Highly recommend Ultradevelopments.

  Loft extension / full house renovation

  Ian and Paul have just completed our full house renovation, having started in April 2024. From our first meeting with them, we were impressed by their attention to detail and their communication with us. They were genuinely interested in our thoughts and ideas and gave us more ideas for improvements to our plans. Ian and Paul both take such pride in their work and it has shown in their everyday dealings with us, the neighbours and the quality of the finished house. Thank you guys for all you have done for us. The house is amazing and it's been everything we hoped it would be.

  Double Glazing

  Ultra Developments have just replaced our windows and doors. Ian & Paul are extremely hard working, their work was excellent and we are delighted with the result. The work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble.
