  Good work

  It was a pleasure to communicate on this job with Julio. The job was to make good recess that had been damaged by contractors when an old cupboard was removed, and to paint the area and blend with the existing walls. The contractors had badly filled their plaster damage on a very visible corner, and it was a mess. Julio dealt with that and the wall and corner are now smooth and all is painted nicely. I am pleased to have found Julio.

  Supply and fit access door to plumbing works in bathroom wall.

  I was very pleased with all aspects of this job. Ted was quick to respond and suggested a solution that neatly solved the problem of fitting an access door in a difficult position, to cover a large hole in the wall. He sent an image and answered questions promptly. The work was scheduled and Ted and his brother arrived smartly on time and did the work with extreme focus on getting the job right. (Those who have used Arted will know how these guys really get stuck in.) It was a good experience and I will call on them again I am sure.

  Replacement of window hinges

  I've used this company a few times, for works to windows. They are extremely well organised whilst still very friendly and efficient and will liaise with tenants and keep the landlord updated on any variations in dates for works etc.

  Replacement Fencing

  Replacement of a garden fence at a tenanted property. Wayne coped easily with events outside his control so that the job was all finished on time with no hassle. Very easy to work with, good communications throughout and much appreciated.

  EICR Report

  Very good communications and it was easy to organise for Lloyd to carry out the EICR at a tenanted property. All was very straightforward and no unexpected issues were discovered, and so the property passed inspection with no work needed. This is the second time I've used Lloyd for electrical works and both times I've been impressed by his attitude. It's a good company I think.

  Installation of fence panels

  Wayne has carried out various works for me over recent years - this time it was fitting fence panels at two locations. I find it very easy to discuss projects with him because he is straightforward - nothing phases him and he just gets on with the job. If there are problems, he fixes them. He works well and is very reliable.

  Replacement pane and replacement hinges for metal windows

  Excellent communications with the Office to organise for the works and to liaise with my tenant for the work to be done. And my tenant reports that all went well and the men were very pleasant and efficient. Seems a really nice Company.

  Investigate Oven breakdown

  Broken oven - could not in fact be repaired (it was quite old) so had to go for a replacement. But quick response from Gary and he liaised with tenant so that we had no problems.

  Resolve fault with Isolator switch.

  Lloyd replaced shower isolator in tenanted property – responded quickly and called me to confirm work completed, that it was straightforward (ie no extras), and there were no problems. I appreciated that as I was not present during the work.
