  Machine motor was broken. The repair was completed on site quickly. The engineer was really tidy and professional. We had to change the appointment but we're accommodated with no fuss. Would definitely use them again.

  Steve is really thorough, punctual, practical, efficient and a nice guy. We have used his services several times but this was a full house safety test. He is really informative and explains what is needed and provides options where possible. The service is excellent value for money. We have already booked for further works to be completed.

  New boiler installation and 2 radiator replacements.

  The fitter installed a new boiler and 2 radiators. He was so polite and efficient. We work from home and really appreciated the fact he worked around us and with no disruption. When the boiler was delivered it was the wrong type but the fitter worked around this without any fuss. He explained everything and checked everything and we are really happy with the work completed. When he left he put things back in place which he did not need to do. The service from everyone at Koziwarm has been so friendly, professional from quote to completion. Will definitely use them again.

  I received a friendly and efficient service and also received some useful information that has saved me money and time. I would use the company again. The engineer arranged the visit to the property very quickly which was great.
