  I had an old single glazed window in the kitchen and they replaced it with uPVC. communication was excellent and they were reliable as they promised. they were very flexible to my needs and did a good job overall

  Clearing out the property to prepare to start refurbishment

  We asked the company to help with refurbishment of a leased commercial property as we want to turn it to a music studio but we have divided the work in stages. First stage is to clear the building of removing wall papers removing fixed carpet removing old furnishing, making the place bare to the wall so that we see any damages aswell and Michael charged us. He has been fully paid but the property is still in a mess and he has our key and he doesn't want to come over. He abuses us and doesn't pick out call. He is so rude to us and now we cannot continue because he has the key to the property
