Job location: NN2excellent service and very friendly I needed a boiler service which was carried out professionally the engineer showed me a slight leak on the boiler. because it's an oldish boiler he said he will see if the part is still available if not how much a new one will cost. - VVanessa B

Everything was carried out professionally. The guys who carried out the work were very friendly and accomodating. Boiler is currently working beautifully. Some minor niggles in that I was left without a working toilet for a few days (it broke under increased mains pressure), which they did fix at a reasonable additional cost, but seemed to expect me to pay for the whole thing before that was rectified, and were a tad heavy handed in how they handled that. Adi was on time. He kept me in formed before coming. He done his job professionally with in his time limit. Cleaned and cleared the surface. Adi gave me EPC certificate with relevant advice.
