  Avenue Building Service have just completed additional works to my bathroom. Not only did they take the trouble to do a good job to a high standard, They arrived on time on the date I had been given a few weeks previously which given the unpredictable nature of building was extremely impressive, given the unpredictable nature of building work, I commend them for their impeccable service, reliability and communication but also the high standard of the work carried out. I would definitely request their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

  To replace a suspended ceiling and Bath Panel. Install replacement light fittings and an extractor fan, Carry out related Plastering for this and another ceiling and other small carpentry jobs.

  This work required multiple trades, who were organised with precision. I was kept fully informed of who was arriving and when and they were all extremely punctually, polite and carried out their work with minimal fuss, to a high standard and cleaning up after them. I have not had much experience of builders who generally get a bad press but these guys certainly buck that trend. I Highly recommend Avenue Building Services and would not hesitate to request their services again.
