  replacement gutters for rental property. It is always difficult to manage these things at a distance when you don't live in the property. Andy made it as easy as possible.   Mick completed the EICR for my rental property. Always difficult to organise these things at a distance. Kirstie made the whole thing easy. She liaised with letting agents and the tenant to make appointment. Great communication and I was kept informed at every stage. Mick completed the EICR and produced the invoice and certificate the same evening. Thank you for a professional and efficient service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  It is always difficult managing work at a distance but Lee made the process so much easier. He liaised with both my letting agents and tenant to arrange to quote and eventually carry out the exterior painting of my property. Communication is excellent, he kept in touch to keep me updated on progress. He sent photos of before and after.   Replacement window sill and painting on grade 2 listed windows in conservation area.

  This is the third time I have used Vince for work on our grade 2 listed property. The rear window sill was completely rotten. Vince stripped it out, made a matching replacement and then painted all rear windows. Whilst there he also painted bathroom ceiling. The property is rented and Vince communicated both with me and the letting agents to arrange for the work to be done. An excellent job. Thanks again Vince

  Period Property external windows painted

  Due to the listing of the property, the windows cannot be replaced and were in poor decorative state. Vince has done an amazing job with the painting, preparing and fixing loose putty. It is sometimes difficult getting work done at a distance, but Vince liaised with letting agents and me, regularly communicating and sent photos of the work once completed. I have used him before and will certainly do so again. Thank you Vince!
