10 Unblocking down pipe

Andy has been excellent throughout, brilliant communication from him, and has unblocked our down pipe that had rat-proof mesh in, which was great for stopping rats but had aided the blockage. We’ve been so pleased with his character and work, that we spoke to him whilst he was here to ask him to come back and install some replacement mesh at the top of the pipe, to provide protection without causing a recurrence of the original problem. Andy replaced my guttering on the front of my house after a conversation of what was needed to ensure a long term fix.
