  James is an absolute star. I had received a few competitive quotes and only two made the effort to come to site to provide a free quote, which included James'. What stood out the most was that James took the time to explain the job, provided recommendations & suggestions and made it so easy to just have a meaningful conversation. He is a courteous and professional person. He turned the process from providing a quote to executing the job within 24 hours. The team who came out to do the job were ahead of time, polite and considerate to me and my neighbours.

  Structural Engineer Assessment Survey

  I had engaged them after receiving a recommendation from the Home survey report for a structural assessement on the home extension. Sarah was very quick in responding and communicating from the start to finish of the job. All queries were addressed about the job and price. Raj did a great job of identifying the cause of the extension foundation movement and recommended a cctv drainage survey. Also reassured me that it was not a major concern. I did commission drainage survey and the drainage system was the cause of the foundation movement so a great job overall.

  Pre purchase cctv drainage survey, with report and follow up quotation for repairs

  I am really pleased with the service provided by Saleh. From the start he has been open and honest on what to expect and asked my preference if I would like to be present during the pre purchase drainage survey. The price was competitive. He informed me of the outcome straight after the survey and following the report I had requested for a quotation for the repairs, which I have given.

  Bruno made the overall process, as he stated from the onset, stress free. On the initial phone call he told me how he operates and what to expect from using his services. I had made a video of the job and shared it with him. Upon which he provided a breakdown quotation and made it clear it is fixed and there are no hidden costs. There were some minor changes on the day but he accommodated them at no extra charge. All my items were handled with care. I had added a new job on the day to transport items to another destination so we agreed the new price and he managed it job with ease.

  Kitchen Replacement

  This was my second time utilising Zoran's services. My kitchen needed a complete makeover. Even though I soughted out supply from a kitchen outlet Zoran was kind enough to generate a basic design sketch that I took to the deisgn house. I know he is busy but I would recommend taking him along before placing the kitchen supply order to avoid any surprises. The previous electrical wiring, and both the water and gas pipes were in a mess so Zoran sorted them out. Despite some setbacks from the delivered kitchen units Zoran addressed the issues. He was fantastic, friendly and courteous throughout.

  Double glazing window handles x2 replacement

  Rafal was excellent and very knowledge. On the first look he was able to identify it was just the door handles needing replacement and not the locking mechanism or anything more expensive such as replacing the whole window set. He was very approachable and friendly. He took the time to give very good advise on the future maintenance. The job was done quick for a reasonable price.

  Installation of hedgehog guard in the roof guttering and repair of window bay.

  It has been a quick turn around from the job enquiry to completion. Rueben was professional and showed coutesy throughout the job. He quoted the job and showed me a sample of the hedgehog guard. He managed to get the job done on the same day. I also needed the window bay to be repaired and despite work being slightly more involved then orginally envisaged he maintained at the original quote. He left the area nice and tidy.

  Zoran has been fantastic. He has such a good attention to detail that no-one was able to pick out at the start of the job during the quotation phase. I had read a previous review that he is an artist at work and I totally concur. I had sourced the bathroom equipment and Zoran installed everything I wanted. He made sure that my perfect bathroom became a reality. He had helped identified items that were incorrectly ordered at the start and assisted where I needed help. He is very cooperative and friendly. I will be looking to use his services again when I am ready for the kitchen.
