  Remove and reinstall interior window shutters

  Can’t recommend Mirek and his excellent craftsmanship enough. He and his colleague removed my interior window shutters, so I could have new double glazing installed, then carefully put them back without a hitch. Unlike all the other people on Checkatrade he didn’t rely solely on photos , it was a specialist job and he took the time to visit and assess it before providing a realistic quoting. Puts you at ease and great professional manor and service.

  Pond area levelled, turf laid, shrubs reshaped, space redefined

  Josh has a calm, reassuring manner and a designer’s eye. In my small garden, he and his colleague levelled a bath-sized pond area and returfed the whole lawn to a seamless finish – you’d never know the pond had been there. A pyracantha, rose bush and yew tree had grown out of control, but he and his colleague, undaunted brought them back under control with care and skill. He also added sustainable touches, re-using old grass and soil to suppress weeds and repurpose green waste. Realistic pricing, innovative ideas and a gentle, professional manner make him exceptional – highly recommend

  Reliable, high-quality workmanship with care

  Louis did a fantastic job for us — replacing faulty radiator valves, sorting a loo lever handle in the tightest of cloakroom spaces (without a single complaint!), fitting new taps, and even getting an ancient gas boiler running more efficiently. His workmanship is first class, with everything finished neatly and to a very high standard. He’s reliable, friendly, and such an easy person to deal with. He’s also trustworthy and fair — no inflated prices, just honest, excellent work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him again

  Fixed overflowing cistern and pipe leaking into house

  Really impressed with Uriah's professionalism and excellent plumbing work, with the added bonus of no call-out charge. He's completed a great job, fixing an overflowing toilet cistern and leaking pipe, that were playing havoc with the walls and floors in my house. He was punctual and, in a calm and confident manner, simply explained what the plumbing problem was, with an estimate of how long it would take. Stirling work - cistern and pipes fixed, reasonable fee and he left the work area spotless! I have no hesitation in recommending Uriah and New Estate Plumbing.

  Vinyl flooring installed in an ensuite

  Fantastic, outstanding job by Nick- thoroughly professional and he has intricate knowledge about vinyls as well as carpets. I'll definitely use his services again when I need to replace my carpets and have no hesitation in recommending you use Osbourne's services.
