  Alastair has provided an Annual Service over the last few years and answered emergency service assistance when needed Having used other providers previously, we'd ABSOLUTELY not go to anywhere else Alastair is highly professional, excellently mannered, does an outstanding job and above all is more than competitive on price We have recommended Alastair to many others and it says a great deal that all family members now themselves use Alastair for their service and emergency repairs Can absolutely recommend Alastair and Malcolm to anyone looking for any boiler and central heating services

  Contacted Shaun for the fitting of a replacement letter box. From the initial reply through to the post work communication, Shaun was fantastic, extremely polite and really did a great job, leaving everything clean, tidy and in excellent condition. We have no hesitation recommending Shaun, and we would absolutely go back to Shaun in the future for any other jobs that we need completing

  We've used Alastair a couple of times so far, once to help with a kitchen refit and then for our annual boiler service. We cannot fault Alastair at all, and cannot praise everything that he did, including all communications, highly enough. We will definitely be using Alastair again in the future and would thoroughly recommend Bidwells to anyone

  Would thoroughly recommend James and his team. They are always swift to deal with any issues in a professional, courteous and cost effective manner. Any after sales care is never an issue either with all of the team taking pride and care in the good name of the company.
