  Kieron visited us on two occasions. During his first visit, he carefully assessed our shower tray and provided a clear, expert explanation of the issue and its cause. He set realistic expectations and scheduled a follow-up appointment, hoping the shower base might dry out enough to be repaired. On his second visit, Kieron reassessed the situation and advised us to contact another tradesperson for a full refit. Although he could have taken on the job himself, he chose instead to offer honest and professional guidance that will ultimately save us money.
