  Honesty, clarity and expertise.

  Kieron visited us on two occasions. During his first visit, he carefully assessed our shower tray and provided a clear, expert explanation of the issue and its cause. He set realistic expectations and scheduled a follow-up appointment, hoping the shower base might dry out enough to be repaired. On his second visit, Kieron reassessed the situation and advised us to contact another tradesperson for a full refit. Although he could have taken on the job himself, he chose instead to offer honest and professional guidance that will ultimately save us money.

  Sparkling repairs

  Kieron has repaired the grout, tiles and replaced the sealant in bathrooms and shower rooms, making everything look as good as new. All the work is immaculate, I’m delighted with it!

  Professional job and flawless customer service

  Kieron from GroutPro was excellent. He was polite and respectful of our home, even covering his shoes on entry. He worked cleanly, making sure the carpet was protected and all debris was carefully removed. Kieron was knowledgeable and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He also pointed out other areas that may need attention in the future, which was very helpful. The job was completed to a professional standard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would absolutely recommend Kieron and would not hesitate to hire him again.
