  I put out a job search to fix a leaking gutter and get an inspection on a Thursday; had someone out to look on Friday and had the job complete by Tuesday (due to my availability). Fast and efficient, with no issues at all. The guys were polite and worked around any constraints on the day.

  We needed to address cracking throughout the house. Very hard to quantify and price up the works, but Ziad gave an open rate, with great communication. Ziad and Waleed were very friendly and took pride in what they did, which meant that they went above and beyond. Would happily use them for other decorating jobs.

  Wall Mural Installation

  Thomas and David came over to install a wall mural in my daughter’s bedroom. Thomas’ communication beforehand was extremely clear. He even went through the manufacturer’s instructions beforehand to give me a heads up on letting the product “breathe” for 24 hours. Thomas and David arrived on the day and were diligent and tidy in the way they worked. I cannot fault the work and am considering using them for further decorating works.

  Fortnightly Cleaning

  Really easy to arrange a cleaner and good prices compared to the local competition. We’ve had 2 cleaners through the company. The first one started off well, but a couple of late attendances and a few errors here and there meant that I asked the company to change cleaner. This was done professionally and without any issue. The new cleaner has been spot on after one clean. Ratings have been a balance between the two cleaners.

  Rhafael was very punctual in the way that he undertook all of his works. From the point of initial phone call, he was able to undertake to ensure works would start the following day (albeit in the evening, as it was a short job). A price was agreed, 2 people came over and the job was undertaken swiftly and to a good standard. Any snagging that I pointed out was dealt with immediately and there was nothing to complain about. Good work.

  Replacement of a sink and tap, as well as the installation of kitchen extract ducting.

  Greg was extremely professional in the way that he worked. He immediately addressed how he would like to work in terms of covid social distancing and made a conscious effort to be as helpful as possible. The replacement of the sink would have typically have been an easy task, however, as with anything, there were several obstacles that prevented an easy switchover. Greg was patient and went above and beyond to help. I would strongly recommend for future use.
