  Fix leaky roof around fan extractor chimney

  I had a dodgy company "fix" the initial problem and then discovered they didn't at all. Enter Pat and Michael from Oakray Roofing. They did a brilliant job. Undid all the crap work the previous roofer did, fixed up the problem and changed me half the price as the original mob. And true to his word, Pat just popped around to check on it and everything of course is all good. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

  Brilliant. Throughout the entire experience. Great communication. Great quick service. Great follow up with a report including photos of what was done and easy payment. I can not recommend Happy Drains enough.
