  I am so pleased with quality of the work and the professionalism of Chris and Mike - They were quick to provide a quote based on my description of the work, stuck to that quote and executed it perfectly, despite this old Victorian house not always being the most cooperative. Would definitely use again and have no problems recommending them to others. Thanks!

  Living Rooms Lined and Painted

  Andy was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and this type of property. Walls were filled, sanded, lined and painted to a good standard and very quickly. Andy managed to balance out speed and efficiency with quality and cost, giving the best of both worlds. Would, and intend to use again.

  To remove old concrete driveway, level and block pave throughout

  Felix is a force to be reckoned with. I gave him my idea for the job, and after a short amount of consideration he came back to me with an even better idea. The work began and was completed a week later, ahead of schedule, despite discovering some inconveniences under the driveway. Really great work, and a great team. I'd definitely (and plan to) use F Doran Construction again, which is hard to say these days!

  I got a quote from Martin and his team which was in line with other quotes I received, but he was able to start after the weekend, so I went ahead. All seems fine so far, as much as can be seen from ground-level. Hopefully it'll hold up in the long term. Just waiting for an invoice/receipt to secure the guarantee. I will update the review if anything develops.

  New Bathroom Radiator

  I contacted BM plumbing after I saw the glowing reviews here. Having recently moved I thought it would be good to have a reliable plumber on hand if needed. It was a simple task of replacing a bathroom radiator and the job was completed on time, albeit a lot messier than expected. After a few days a small leak sprung from the new pipework. I contacted BM to arrange a quick fix, after a message to say she would check her schedule, all following messages have been ignored. I messaged from an alternative number and got an instant reply, once she realised who it was she ceased communications.
