  I received three quotes and Paul's was the best. I visited his page to check other reviews and pictures of his work, and everything looked great. We agreed on the price, and he told me the day and time he would come over. He completed all the work on time, left the place tidy, and the work looks great. I've already told him that I will be using his services again very soon for more artex ceilings in my house.
