Paul fitted in our job (making good ceiling round newly fitted lights) so it was done before Christmas and gave a realistic estimate of the time it would take at a reasonable cost. Good communications, job done with skill, friendly and helpful, cleaned up well at the end. Paul has been brilliant all the way through! Following up from the job post he responded really quickly, gave full details of the information he needed before quoting for the job. Timescales were agreed and kept to all the way through. Great chap, customer service is first class and the finish is spot on.
