  Lucian was very professional in carrying out the work that we discussed and agreed. He went above and beyond in fixing the water leak in the pipework from previous contractor. The house is like new now. Definitely will use him again for my next job.

  Replacement of multi point door look

  We had our door lock failed and called in GWS as we always using a service from this company. We have been given a next day appointment and work was completed within 10-15 min. It was a smooth process. The door was fully checked, adjusted and now works like new. All broken parts and other waste was collected so we didn't have to do anything. Would I recommend this company - 100%.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  Matt was engaged to carry out a refurbishment of the bathroom. The demolition part was done perfectly, no comments. However I believe Matt is not a plumber and I had to relocate waste and radiator pipes myself, despite his reassurance that he can take this project as a whole. When his work mate had a funeral we understood the issue and accepted the situation. On the last day we asked them to finish work and told him that my wife had a funeral for her brother and we advised him that the payment will be made on Suturday. He came in to our home 7:30 despite agreement to come at 9:00.

  Sergei came as we agreed at 8:00 and after he explained the process and what work will involve started the work. He managed to re-route all circuits without installing junction boxes.

  Plumbingwerx looks after my rented apartment. Ivo always provides best services. He would liaise with my tenants to arrange time for visit. Keeps me updated on the works that are required to be completed. My tenants like the way he treats them, and are happy with punctuality and tidiness of the work. Ivo have carried out for me emergency visit and advised me on the higher rate that will be charged, and suggested that if the problem can wait till next day he would do it at the lower rate. It was very nice of him to look after me. Would I recommend him - definitely yes!
