  I contacted Sam on Sunday and within an hour we had a time and date in the diary with a clear explanation of cost, materials and time involved.  Sam ensured he understood the problem and was clear in his explanation of how to proceed, he managed my expectations and, jumping ahead to after the replacement of a pump, he was spot on with his diagnosis.  He arrived on time and undertook the work quickly, with professionalism and no mess.  First rate service and a very experienced and pleasant man whose charges are transparent and reasonable.  I can highly recommend Sam The Plumber.
