  This was a refit of my bathroom after some repair work. I am very pleased with the quality of work, especially the tile floor. The workman arrived on time, worked carefully and cleaned up afterwards.

  Renew extension roof

  The roof of my single storey back extension was leaking. F&R replaced the waterproof membrane and flashing. Very knowledgeable workmen who came on time, did the work without any fuss and cleaned up afterwards. I'm pleased with the job.

  Installing wall and underfloor insulation in a bathroom extension

  This was a job which a previous builder had messed up. I was very pleased with AAAB Property Developments because they listened carefully and paid attention when I explained how I wanted the job to be tackled, what I wanted done and what I didn't want done at this stage. The workman arrived on time, worked carefully and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the job and would certainly employ this firm again.

  The job turned out to be more complicated than I had realised. A&D Services were very flexible and proactive in working out how to complete the job in spite of the unexpected difficulties. Overall I was very pleased with the job and would hire them again in the future.
