  Trace fault / replace system pipes and radiators

  The property was leased to the Council, their contractors believed the entire central heating system required replacement. They believed it was blocked solid.We had already power flushed but that didn’t work so we bought new radiators and called in Sam.He replaced some pipes we’d asked him to and in the course of investigation he found a valve that had previously been left part closed by council contractor. Opening this fixed the problem. The radiators needed replacing so we asked Sam to do this. Excellent work and very professional. Recommend him highly.

  Ben and Tommy carried out Portable appliance checks, Smoke detector system checks with certification issued on both. I also needed extractors fitted through walls in 2 bathrooms. There were 3 properties across the City and we were able to give keys - so didn't need to be present at each. I was 100% impressed, it is so difficult to find good tradesmen who do a highly professional job at a reasonable price.

  Replace bath pipes and tiling

  Broke my leg so handyman jobs difficult - Mark stepped in to help. He's very versatile and can turn his hand to most things. He replaced some leaky bath pipes and re-installed / replaced the original tiles in my front porch to make it look good again. Mark is always on time, neat and tidy and easy to work with. I'll be continuing to use him for all plastering / general building and handyman jobs.

  Third time I've used Mark and will continue to. Mark is an excellent tradesman, very professional and good standard of work in both plastering and general buildings work, always friendly, always turns up when he says he will, works non stop till the job is complete and leaves the site clean and tidy.   Excellent work carried out, Mark was prompt, very accommodating and completed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. The finish was excellent, he advised properly about time required for plaster to go off prior to paint being applied, he left no mess and was very friendly. I will be using him again.

  New boiler fitted

  Andy called in prior to work to discuss best options before work commenced. Very good advice received and start date planned in soon after we'd made our decisions on best options ref boiler make / capacity / controls / warranty. Tony turned up on time, was very professional throughout and new boiler was up and running within 4 hours or so. We'd chosen a hive system for controls however as our house is long with boiler at one end - router the other the system worked well initially then had a few problems communicating with controller. We raised the issue and they returned that day to fix it.
