  Replacement Sani-flo Unit

  Our toilet macerator broke at the weekend and we needed it fixed quickly. Chris responded quickly to the job and explained the different cost options. The work was booked in and completed 2 days later which was fantastic. Chris was lovely to have in our house and was clean, tidy and polite. I would not hesitate to use him again and would definitely recommend his services.

  Investigate smell of damp

  Derek replied to my job request very quickly and arranged a visit the following day. On arrival Derek checked my house for damp and confirmed all was fine, but that air flow and condensation were the issues. Derek recommended the replacement of old air flow bricks and arranged a visit a few days later. Derek also recommended new humidistat extractor fans for our bathrooms which we are in the process of arranging. Derek also provided some other handy tips for improving the air flow in our house. I would definitely recommend Derek as he was a genuinely helpful tradesman.
