  Ball valve/water hammer issue.

  THT have been fabulous. They fixed my ball valve problem in my loft, which was more complex than I expected. And they returned very quickly when some adjustments were required - and didn't charge for the follow up visit. Cameron and Lewis were polite, tidy, and explained everything throughout. Thank you! My water hammer is no more! I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them when I need to. Louise

  They didn't arrive when they said they would, but at least responded quickly to my messages. When they arrived, they were polite, very quick, tidy and explained everything they were doing. I would use them again.

  John was quick to arrange a date to view the job, prompt on arrival (every time), polite, friendly, did a fab job of making good some decoration, and left everything spotless. I thought his quote was fair, and he stuck to it. I would definitely hire him again.

  Brick work

  Greg sorted out some brick work where there was a problem with my damp proof course. He did a great job, explained all through what he was going, and left me advice as to going forwards regarding my cavity insulation. He was polite, tidy, and punctual, and I would definitely employ him again. Thank you.

  The company was happy to split the job over 2 events, so I could split the payment. They are courteous (no mansplaining!), quick and very tidy. No trouble at all, came when they said they would and didn't mess me around. Plus they kept the price the same despite the months between the 2 fittings. Thank you!
