  I asked Paul to take a look at my washer-dryer - it turns out the initial install two years ago wasn't right, and it'll work better than ever now! His price was also lower than anyone else who responded. An absolute gem.

  Anthony was so helpful - explained exactly what was the cause of the issue with my wall, what he would do to put it right, and how much it would cost. He was considerate and punctual, and very reassuring to a first time home-owner still learning the ropes!
