Paul diagnosed the problem (tumble dryer) remotely; ordered the relevant parts; kept us in the loop when they were delayed; turned up exactly when he said he would; did the work quickly and efficiently; charged too little; and gave us a twelve month guarantee. Oven repair was done promptly and professionally. Communication from start to finish was excellent and everything was clearly explained. Pricing was more than fair, with no surprises. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist, which made the whole experience very pleasant. Oven is now working perfectly.
