  Insulating and part boarding of the loft space.

  Neil and Alex turned up on time, and just got on with the job of fitting the loft insulation, and then part boarding the loft for us. They laid a protective strip over the stair carpet, but to be honest made very little mess, or noise. We have no hesitation in recommending Neil Harding Loft Ladders Ltd, not only based on price, which was very fair, but on the standard of work, the way they worked, and for the finished loft space, they were first class all round.

  New patio and path relai

  We wanted our old patio, and side path replacing, and were lucky enough to contact J H and Co Paving and Brickwork for a quote. Joe was very helpful when he came to do the quote, taking note of our requirements, and making additional comments. Joe, Will and Mason were a great team, very professional, hardworking, and punctual. In under a week and a half we had a new patio (a vast improvement on the old one) and a new side path to the garage. Nothing was too much trouble, the work was carried out without any fuss, and to a high standard. We can definitely recommend them, and will use them again.

  Greenfields Flooring, an excellent company from start to finish.

  There was no hard sell when we visited the Greenfields Flooring's showrooms in North Lancing, they were just very helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions. When it came to the floor-fitting day, it couldn't have gone any better; the team of Sam, Mike and lance (I hope that I have that right lads) arrived on time, and between them carried out a first class job of laying the new laminate flooring. The room was left very tidy, other than having new flooring; you wouldn’t know they had been. We would recommend Greenfields Flooring, and would definitely use them again.

  To redecorate the front bedroom. This had not been done for many years and was in a bad state.

  Nick has done work for us on many previous occasions. We were happy to leave him the keys so that he could get on with the work while we were away. The walls under the old wood chip paper were in a very bad state but Nick painstakingly repaired them. He redecorated the room to his usual high statndard. He even took some cupboard doors home with him to finish in the evening. He is tidy and considerate.We couln't be more pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Removing old shrubs, and erecting a new fence.

  Kate and Phil recently came to erect a new fence for us , helped by their young daughter, and Phil's brother James. As their with their previous visit (to lay a new patio for us) they did a sterling job, removing a lot of old shrubs, and erecting a lovely new fence, which has really opened up the garden. As with their previous visit, they left the garden looking neater than when they arrived. We can not recommend them highly enough, and if you have to wait for a date, for them to start work for you, believe me it will be worth the wait, they do a first class job!

  Laid a new patio

  Kate and Phil recently laid a new patio for us, they cleared up every night, and left the garden nice and tidy, and after working tirelessly for two days, the end result is really nice, we are so pleased with it. We can't recommended A.C. Gardens highly enough, so much so, that they are coming back to erect a new fence for us.

  Kitchen redecorated.

  As usual Nick did a great job; this is the forth lot of decorating Nick has done for us. We can not praise him enough, his work is first rate, and he is very tidy (he left the kitchen usable every night, when he finished for the day) he is punctual, and it is no problem to leave him to get on with the job, when we go out we always leave Nick a key. We can not recommend him highly enough, in fact our neighbours have started having him do decorating jobs for them as well now, after seeing the work he has carried out for us.

  Russian vine cut back on large hedge, and clematis removed from crown of apple tree.

  We can not praise Tom and his team highly enough, they were very efficient, and arrived when stated. They were a very polite bunch of lads, they worked all though the afternoon without a break. And just got on with the job in hand. All debris was cleared up, and shredded, the garden was raked and a leaf blower was used to help clear the little bits of vine etc, in fact the garden looked tidier than before they arrived. The apple tree is looking better than it has for many years, and the hedge is back to being much more manageable, we are very pleased with the wok carried out.

  Fitted new fascias and gutters on our bungalow.

  This is the third job that Simon and his team have carried out for my wife and I, first time they replaced our two flat roofs, then they fitted a velux window in the upstairs toilet, so we knew what their work was like. It was the same this time, they are very efficient, and work to a high standard, they also do not keep disappearing like some people we have had in the past. After they had finished the job, Darren cleared up, and even wiped down the window sills and windows. We can not recommend Simon and his team highly enough, we would definitely use them again without any hesitation.
