  Redesign and hard landscaping back garden

  The team redesigned an area of our back garden, and then carried out work levelling, preparing and laying slabs /shingle whilst bordering the whole area with retaining sleepers. The area had been a very difficult sloping chalk /clay /flint mixture , bordered by large trees providing significant shade. This was difficult to garden in any meaningful way. Kate and the team came up with a design to make the best of the area available, incorporating an area for raised veg beds and a new greenhouse, and a patio area for table and chairs.   Garden revamp - patio and turf

  From start to finish Kate and the team were excellent. Kate took the time when sizing up and discussing the work to help us bring to life what we wanted. A quote was provided promptly and was cheaper than other quotes (that happened to be for less patio work too). The team arrived before 9am on the day to start work and every day kept us informed what time they aimed to arrive. They tidied up every day and ensured the garden was left clean and tidy when they finished. I'd highly recommend AC Gardens.

  Transformation of boring old raised lawn w/ shed into magical patio-garden space!

  AC Gardens were fantastic to work with. Lovely people and local family business. The job entailed a complete overhaul of an old boring raised turf space w/shed: re-levelling & extension of lower patio, transformation into a magical garden relaxation space, featuring meadow-grass, rustic "hobbit" steps leading to raised areas, curved/sloping oak planting beds, tons of gardening work inc. big pots, climbers, a stone feature, plus a new raised bed on front drive. They even swapped the old garage door due to having to make way for a mini digger. Result is jaw-dropping. Our perfect zen garden!

  Total garden makeover

  There was nothing I could fault from the innovative design, through the work to the completion. Every aspect was carried out with meticulous attention to detail, they took pride in their work and respected my property because after working extremely hard all day, they took the time to clean everywhere and tidy up the site. I would thoroughly recommend this firm as I am now the very proud owner of a wonderful garden that has been much admired.

  New Patio

  I’ve wanted a patio for years but had absolutely no idea what to do! Kate came up with a very simple but beautiful design, giving me a huge space whilst linking 2 existing raised areas and a sloping lawn so they now all blend seamlessly. Phil, James and the team worked really hard and kept communicating every step of the way. At all times they were professional, courteous and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend them for any garden project.
