  Replacing flashings on a flat roof

  Was contacted within one hour of requesting a quote to arrange an appointment to view the roof. Appointment scheduled for two days following the call. Arrived when agreed and submitted a quotation within 2 days. The price was acceptable and the proposed date for completion was approximately 6 weeks later. There was a call a few days before the agreed date to check if it was convenient to carry out the work a little earlier and this was agreed. The work was completed to a high standard.

  Replacement of a window seal in a bathroom window

  Absolutely superb. Contacted me within hours. Arranged a visit for the next day. Arrived early. Diagnosed the problem, had a stock of a replacement seal in the van and fitted it within 15 minutes. Price was fair. Dave and his son were a pleasure to have in the house. I would strongly recommend to anyone who has a problem with a door or window. A pleasure to deal with, they were the only company of 5 contacted to respond to my request!

  Filling of a new Karndean floor.

  Excellent in both the preparation and execution. The preparation was twice the cost expected due to the poor condition post tile removal. This could not have been anticipated. The care and precision was excellent as was the level of politeness from the fitters. Misjudged the number of tiles and were 6 short so had to reorder a box to complete. The appointment to complete the fitting was cancelled as the box of tiles went missing. The second completion appointment date was 15:00, the fitters turned up at 1.00. Small communication issues the only small negative on an otherwise excellent job.
