  Our go to roof and guttering specialist - nothing too big or small.

  The weekend downpours saw water gushing down an outside wall from a hopper at roof level. Chris, together with son Jamie, came round at short notice to ascertain the problem and clear the hopper, where leaf and other debris was blocking/slowing the water flow into the downpipe. They also looked at the roof/channel leading into the hopper for other problems and excessive moss growth. We have used Chris for many years. His service is prompt, polite and efficient, with solutions offered regardless of the problem, be it a major or minor issue.

  We found Alaskan via Checkatrade and can now see and vouch for why their customer scores are so high. The whole process from showroom visit, viewing and selecting product, surveying and installation went very smoothly, There was no selling pressure at all, and Alaskan is very focused on delivering customer satisfaction. The fitting team were great, finding solutions to any unenvisaged problems arising, seeking our feedback on the installation and rectifying snagging issues. They completed to schedule, despite working through the July heatwave. A very friendly and professional company !

  Paul gave a good and honest appraisal of the job required and options (effectively advising us not to do any work at this stage in our second loft). The team arrived punctually as promised and completed the work efficiently and tidily. We were consulted about the positioning of a landing light that required moving so that it would not interfere with loft access. We are delighted with the job, quality of workmanship and the significantly improved access to the loft with its bigger hatch and built-in folding loft ladder.

  We were so impressed by the quality and value for money of the job done on our en-suite bathroom in October, that we spontaneously decided to immediately give our family shower room a total makeover. Bathroom Eleven again provided a great design, and the end result is superb, despite several technical issues to overcome, not least because of walls, floors and ceilings being less than "true". The quality of workmanship in the fit is of the highest level, especially given the more difficult materials and trims selected for this job. Thanks to all at Bathroom Eleven, especially Johanna, Gordon and Ben.

  Bathroom Eleven provided a seamless service from initial design to installation Ben has assembled a great team of professionals in all areas. Johanna's design input was helpful and invaluable, especially given the plethora of choice available in all areas. Gordon was the principal fitter and he did a great job, obviously taking pride in what he did. All of the team we met at various stages, under Ben's overall project management, were helpful and courteous, with solutions proffered for any unforeseen problems arising. The end result has exceeded our expectations and was great value for money compared with other quotes. We whole heartedly recommend Bathroom Eleven.
