I recently hired mark for a repair in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. The issue was diagnosed quickly, and everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand before any repairs were made. We have had boiler issues and decided to get a new one. Mark was very helpful in helping us find the right one. He gave honest advice and quoted us a fair price. The work carried out was excellent. The service was prompt they were very efficient and carried out quality work. I also asked them to take a look at my kitchen pipework as it had been prone to leaks and a constant drip. After a disappointing experience with some initial contractors, I was recommended Mark to help resolve several plumbing issues. I have reasonable knowledge myself, so I really appreciated Mark’s approach and fix. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The work was completed in good time and the price was fair. I’d happily recommend his services. His brother also offered some really helpful advice regarding the electrical work.
