  Great company, communication was excellent, confirmation of appointment as well as further notification 48 hours prior. Turned up exactly when planned, did a great job, cleaned the stove and respectful of property throughout. Even sent through aftercare details. A good service and a job well done for a competitive price, highly recommended.

  Responded quickly, gave an honest evaluation and quoted, pending a more detailed inspection. Sam provided photos of any issues uncovered and where this required extra work, quoted separately. Work: Clean, Eave trays refitted, new valley, rafter replacement, refelt and baton, broken tiles replaced, new lead flashing, bespoke back gutters and rendering to chimneys, full dry hip & ridge system. They were friendly, courteous with great communication throughout. Work was carried out to a very high standard and evidenced. Willing to go the extra mile to get it done right. Thoroughly recommend.

  Cant fault the service from call back to quote to the works being carried out. Punctual attendance, respectful of property, tidy and a very neat skilled job by Peter. The quote was competitive, detailed and potential extra work needed was quoted separately. Kept informed of the timeline throughout the job, preference of boiler choice discussed and explained. They returned promptly to replace one of the radiators subsequently found to be dented from the manufacturer. A quality and professional service from a company that richly deserves the high volume of positive reviews. Very happy.

  Another new job started this week, double structural knock through, complete re plaster 0' two rooms, decorate, new kitchen, new window and two doors, electrics, plumbing and vinyl floor run throughout.

  From callback to completion Nigel was competent, efficient and professional. Faultless in customer service and entirely trustworthy. Not the cheapest quote but totally worth it for the peace of mind and can't imagine I would have got the same level of service for anything less. Solutions to issues were resolved immediately. I was kept informed regularly about weekly goals and which contractor would be on site and when. Nigel was there everyday working on and managing the build even returning on some evenings to stay within schedule. Thoroughly recommended, a really nice guy. Can't fault him.

  Responded straight away to initial enquiry and came round to measure up within a few days. Provided a detailed quote and was happy to answer questions to help me select the correct fireplace and understand what form the finished work would take informing my decision. Work was carried out to quotation specifics on the dates and times agreed and to a good standard. Additional woodwork undertaken to ensure selected fireplace looked as it should. Work area was kept clean during the installation and rubbish disposed of. Installation certified and all documentation supplied enabling easy registration of the stove guarantee. Friendly, courteous and they even turned up in the snow. Would thoroughly recommend.
