  A very good company that turned up on time and did what they said they would do. A very professional and courteous engineer who was very knowledgable and explained things well. Thoroughly recommended.

  A/C in my bedroom and conservatory

  When asked if they were going to do a survey, they said no , just send in some pictures, which I did. This caused a bit of a nuisance to the fitter on arrival and a delay in job completion, which could/should have been avoided. However, the fitter was very professional and courteous and his attention to detail was excellent. What turned out to be a difficult job was finished to my exacting standards and would recommend this company.

  A survey was carried out by a very competent and knowledgeable and friendly guy. The installation was carried out by a different guy who was also very friendly who did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Communications with Kooka is very good and timely. I am very pleased with them and would recommend them.

  Tracy responded very quickly to my request and his quote was very competitive. They arrived the next morning as promised and worked non stop. They were very polite and good at explaining what they were doing and things that needed doing. I would recommend McCreadys to all.
