  New doors, bannister, windowsills

  Another flawless job by Smart Renovate. Fitted 5x bespoke doors plus new door frames for a perfect fit with no shaving of new doors. Also replaced downstairs bannister with a modern one. Insulated 3x windowsills and replaced. Also replaced 3x lights, switches, sockets. All work done very well indeed - so I keep using Smart Renovate. Very highly recommend Smart Renovate 👌🏽

  Fantastic full new bathroom fitted (inc door and wall light switch)

  Full bathroom refurbishment. Removed old bathroom and moved all water and waste pipes under the floor. Made new solid walls with waterproofing for shower. Also made a new door frame couple inches smaller to fit the tray I wanted. Fit a new door, new light, light switch outside (no pull cord), plus a power socket for toothbrush charging. Things most people don't do. Very happy with the expertly fit shower, wall mounted bath tap, sink, mirror, toilet, bidet hose mixer, new radiator. Highly recommend Smart Renovate!!

  Full downstairs refurbishment - lounge, kitchen, cloakroom

  Outstanding builder - can do everything in the house so no need to call in several tradesmen. All work is finished to perfection with pride👌🏽100% honest - worked alone for few days with no issues. Did the full lounge in one go - radiators with pipes in wall, moved sockets, new door frame and parfectly fit the door, full room plaster, paint, levelled all downstairs in one day, fit Amtico herringbone flooring with a border (a very hard job). Kitchen - made a perfect door arch, tiled kitchen, tiling, flooring. Full new cloakroom. We are very very happy. Highly recommended 👍🏽👍🏽
