  New doors, bannister, windowsills

  Another flawless job by Smart Renovate. Fitted 5x bespoke doors plus new door frames for a perfect fit with no shaving of new doors. Also replaced downstairs bannister with a modern one. Insulated 3x windowsills and replaced. Also replaced 3x lights, switches, sockets. All work done very well indeed - so I keep using Smart Renovate. Very highly recommend Smart Renovate 👌🏽

  Brilliant job tiling our studio bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and the final finish looks amazing. Turned up when promised, worked efficiently, and left the space spotless. Highly recommended.

  Amazing tiling, plastering and painting!!

  Amazing job, downstairs was tiled with tiled wood affect. Complicated floor design in a herringbone pattern, then walls plastered and painted. Made an older home look brand new, can’t recommend Vitalie enough great job!!

  Wetroom floor tiling and shower tray install

  I contacted Vitalie to replace floor tiles and install a new shower tray. His communication was great and came out on the same day to view the job and offer advice. Vitalie was polite, had great communication throughout the process and delivered the finished result to a high standard. His work was clean, always ending the working day with a hoover and wiping down the floors. He even went above and beyond replacing a toilet waste pipe that he noticed was eroding. I have already contacted him to return and carry out more work around the house. No regrets using Smart Renovate!

  Downstairs porcelain tile installation

  We decided to replace the flooring in the downstairs entrance, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and conservatory with porcelain tiles. Vitalie once again took on the job after supplying a competitive quote. I was very happy with the quality of materials used to strengthen the underfloor support which included cement boards. His craftsmanship is second to none. He really knows how to install tiles from design to implementation. The tiles are symmetrical in all rooms which is fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the final outcome! And all work was completed within two weeks!
