  Re tiled kitchen and electrics

  Another very good experience with Vitalie, he’s excellent at what he does, workmanship is second to none, competitive prices, time keeping and housekeeping is the best. His communication skills are excellent. This is the second time we have used Vitalie and personally I would rather wait for him than hire anyone else. I trust him thourougly and will not use anyone else now. I have recommended to friends, neighbours and family. Many thanks Vitalie and your team.

  Bathroom fitting

  We have been very happy with the work provided by Vitalie. He and his team showcased exceptional workmanship. They carried out a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom. He was able to give expert advice on the installation of all the components which we had ordered. The end result is fabulous and we will be using him in future for other projects around the house.

  Bathroom renovations

  Smart Renovate tackled 2 big bathroom projects for us; honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Rebuilt our wetroom floor (total strip & refit!) & converted a small shower room to a brilliant new wetroom (gutted, waterproofed, tiled, new fittings). So professional, super tidy (cleaned daily, protected areas). Always offered great advice from their experience (final decision always ours). Loved daily progress/next-day plans. Top quality work from an experienced, timely & really friendly team. Delighted. Brilliant work!

  Fantastic full new bathroom fitted (inc door and wall light switch)

  Full bathroom refurbishment. Removed old bathroom and moved all water and waste pipes under the floor. Made new solid walls with waterproofing for shower. Also made a new door frame couple inches smaller to fit the tray I wanted. Fit a new door, new light, light switch outside (no pull cord), plus a power socket for toothbrush charging. Things most people don't do. Very happy with the expertly fit shower, wall mounted bath tap, sink, mirror, toilet, bidet hose mixer, new radiator. Highly recommend Smart Renovate!!

  Full downstairs refurbishment - lounge, kitchen, cloakroom

  Outstanding builder - can do everything in the house so no need to call in several tradesmen. All work is finished to perfection with pride👌🏽100% honest - worked alone for few days with no issues. Did the full lounge in one go - radiators with pipes in wall, moved sockets, new door frame and parfectly fit the door, full room plaster, paint, levelled all downstairs in one day, fit Amtico herringbone flooring with a border (a very hard job). Kitchen - made a perfect door arch, tiled kitchen, tiling, flooring. Full new cloakroom. We are very very happy. Highly recommended 👍🏽👍🏽
