  Excellent Decorators.

  I needed the external timber work painting on a semidetached house and garage, I contacted Ian at Lordswood Decorators and he thoroughly checked the property and explained how the work would be undertaken. He highlighted areas of timber decay that would need treating/replacing before work could commence. A fixed price was confirmed and timescale agreed. The work was completed by Lordswood decorators within the timescale and at the agreed price. The areas were cleared at the end of each day and materials stored safely. The work was to a very high standard. I can recommend this contractor.

  Re-bedding Ridge and Hip Tiles and repairing gutter leaks.

  Billy Sabin agreed the extent of repairs required and method that would be used. He gave a fixed quotation which listed all of the works. Dates for the works were agreed but the weather meant that this changed several times to allow sufficient time afterwards for the mortar to set correctly. The three roofers who did the work were always polite, ensured all works were completed and left the area clean and tidy. The scaffolders staff were also very polite and efficient. The agreed cost was settled only after the works were complete. I am very happy to recommend this contractor.

  External Decoration of 3 Bed House

  I met Ian and we agreed the exact works that were required and a fixed quotation was given and accepted. The programme for the works was agreed and Ian with his colleague Dave completed the works. Throughout they were courteous, always cleaned up each day and adjusted the dates to accommodate the changes to the weather. The quality of work was very good and I am happy to recommend this Contractor to my friends, family and others using Checkatrade.

  Moving furniture and personal possessions

  I wanted some furniture and personal possessions moving from a Care Home in Preston to a new Care Home in Birmingham for a relative. I contacted Cavan and listed the items, he provided a fixed price quickly and we agreed a date and set an indicative time for the move. The move took place without any problems, Cavan and his colleague happily provided the Covid Tests needed for access into the Care Home and all items were safely transferred without any problems or damage during transit. I am happy to recommend this company and will use them again whenever necessary.
