  Ian was fantastic from quote the finish. Told me each day what he and Dave were going to do. Both worked well and cleanly tiding up each day when finished. great workmanship definatly recomend Ian

  Wallpapering and painting lounge

  Ian was very prompt with quoting and scheduling the job in and clear as to what materials, etc. were needed. He was always clear as to timings and arrived when he said he would. Quality of the work was really good and he clearly has a lot of experience and was able to sort any little snags.

  on time everyday, told me what he was going to do and on what day, everything was cleaned before he left each day. all looks great after he had finished. wokkd recommend highly and use him for other jobs. decent priced too.

  Clean, tidy and reliable - Excellent finish

  I have used Ian on 2 seperate jobs now, with the last one being completed last month. He completed a bathroom/kitchen repaint, and also did the rest of my house before that. Each time I have found him to be very reliable, very well priced and a pleasure to have in the house. The finish was excellent and the working areas are always left tidy, he can help with paint choices as well. I will continue to use Ian for any painting jobs I have.

  Excellent Decorators.

  I needed the external timber work painting on a semidetached house and garage, I contacted Ian at Lordswood Decorators and he thoroughly checked the property and explained how the work would be undertaken. He highlighted areas of timber decay that would need treating/replacing before work could commence. A fixed price was confirmed and timescale agreed. The work was completed by Lordswood decorators within the timescale and at the agreed price. The areas were cleared at the end of each day and materials stored safely. The work was to a very high standard. I can recommend this contractor.

  Painting Bedroom

  Ian was fantastic. From the start he was straightforward and upfront about the costs and timings. He was helpful in confirming what materials were needed. He was cheerful, friendly and communicative. He produced great quality work and came back to fix a couple of small touch ups the next day no hesitation. He was very prompt to work each day and left very tidy and clean job. Would really recommend him and would use him again!
