  Andy was fantastic with this project. Despite a few curve balls thrown at us his methodical approach and incredibly hard work ethic meant he managed to complete our job to a very high standard despite the changes. His communication was impeccable and he was always on time - showing up and ensuring everything was complete on schedule. His team were very friendly, and I’ve never met a tradesman as clean and tidy - our room was tidier when he was working than when we were living in it! I would definitely recommend Andy and team and will be using them again in the future.

  Aggressive terms and conditions, delays, mistakes and overcharging to increase “profitability” vs other jobs when fixing issues created by them have left a very dissatisfied customer and one that I would hope no one else has the misfortune of experiencing. Warning - any issues experienced will result in you being charged for them to fix mistakes they made - leaks, system not working at all, to re-correct other corrective work. Threats of CCJs and ability to overcharge with impunity (in T&Cs), mean when they overcharge you are forced to pay or risk your credit score.
