  I have used J Williams over more than a decade for various jobs but and small, including installing a brand new bathroom, boiler services and repairs and general plumbing needs…all of which have been carried out efficiently, effectively and with great communication and professionalism. J and his team are always warm and friendly and very easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

  Boiler repair

  Came out quickly and repaired my boiler..this was after I'd spoken to other companies that couldn't give me a date for days or weeks, and someone whontold me on the phone that my boiler would need replacing! Jerome and his colleague were the most helpful, best at communication and worked patiently to repair it. 10/10 and I won't use anyone else in future!

  Boiler installation

  Transparent about cost of repair to old boiler, returned sourced part at no expense to us when we decided to install new boiler. Provided informative quotes promptly. Arrived promptly at agreed time, efficient installation, friendly and polite team who cleared up thoroughly. Installed in a day and new boiler working well. Would contact in future about work.
