  Emergency repair of water leak

  Quick response to phone call. Found the leak and what caused it. Had a replacement part on van, fixed it in no time. Also impressed that he wore covers over his shoes so not to dirty my flooring! Highly recommended.

  New boiler installation

  Huge thanks to Jerome and his team at J Williams Heating Ltd for an outstanding job installing our new boiler. After being left in the cold, they stepped in at short notice, leaving us with fan heaters overnight and arriving bang on 8am to start work. By early afternoon, everything was installed, tested, and running perfectly—an amazingly quick turnaround! The team was professional, clean, and tidy, making sure everything was in top shape before they left, even leaving us a radiator bleed key. No issues at all, just top-quality service from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Valve replacement on an unvented water heating system

  Very quick to respond. Called in to do the work at short notice and didn’t charge a fortune for the call out. Completed the work efficiently and quickly, and were very pleasant throughout.

  Boiler

  I have been using Jerome for the past 3 years for my boiler services and any repairs , Jerome is so processional,and friendly neat and tidy and very conscientious in explaining things so I understand . Jerome came out to me to check my boiler as was making a noise , he had it fixed with in ten mins , he came straight after his last job which is really going above and beyond for his customers .

  Fitting new Valiant boiler

  I was dreading having such a big job done because of possible disruption , but Jerome was an absolute pleasure to have around. He arrived on time and basically didn’t stop working until the job was complete, and the heating system was up and running. He had massive patience showing me the new thermostat and controls. When he had finished, my home was left shipshape as if nothing had been done. An extremely pleasant gentleman, in whom I have a lot of confidence, and would use again in the future. His pipework was incredibly neat and tidy and he cleared cared that it would be so.
