  Reducing level of soil to the outside of the house and installing new air bricks

  Ben reviewed a damp problem in an outside wall and went on to provide an overview of recommended work to the downstairs of the house. A plan was agreed and carried out quickly and with no fuss. So far (5 months on) the solution has worked and wall is drying out.
