  Originally the job was delayed due to flooding, however the firm was in no hurry to resolve. On the day itself I heard nothing after the initial "stuck on the road" placeholder. So upon chasing with the call centre the following Monday, they offered another slot a little over two weeks later. On the rescheduled day there were more delays, this time without explanation. However, the job itself was quick and tidy. I think this firm could be fine in normal circumstances. Better and more proactive communication is the main thing lacking. Workmanship is fine.

  Removal of tree and general pruning

  Our front garden needed a large magnolia tree to be cut down. Chris was friendly, prompt, and eager to carry out the work. A job we expected to take weeks to organise on the calendar was finished in no time. Tidy and friendly. Recommend.
