Doug turned up when he said, explained that he would need to expose to determine the extent of the rot, and quoted for the exploratory work. When that was complete, he then quoted for replacement of all the rot, started the following day, and finished the next! Considering that 3 other local firms had shown no interest whatsoever, I was totally impressed.
