  Work well done, by cheerful guys.

  The guys turned up an hour early, checked the issue (leaking downpipe), correctly diagnosed the problem (a blockage) and got on with sorting it out. 15 minutes later, the blockage was cleared, new parts installed and they were clearing up. During this time, another van arrived, driven by Steve (the boss.) I asked what it would cost to clear all the other gutters around the roof. Steve quoted me £70, which included the cost for the original downpipe blockage. I agreed and the gutters were cleared there and then! Thank you guys, for a job well done, swiftly and cheerfully.

  Flat roof replacement + pigeon netting round solar panels

  The team were straight talking (that's a positive!) Came when they said they would, did the work promptly and fully cleaned up after they'd finished working. Plus Jim did a follow-up call a day or two later to check all was well - that the flat roof was no longer leaking and the pigeons hadn't got back under the solar panels. The team repeatedly cleaned the gutters (due to the pigeons generating more mess between their visits, not through failure to do it the first time) and fixed a break in the guttering that was causing a loud drip. Very happy with all their work.

  New Kitchen fitted.

  The work was done well, any issues that we had were swiftly resolved without any hassle (and Brian had a lot of issues with the kitchen cabinet supplier, but he dealt with all of them, and I really appreciated that!) The delays that did occur were all due to things that Brian could not control, and he worked longer days to try to make up the time. I have already asked Brian for a quote to do the bathroom which I would not have done if I was unhappy with the work he did on the kitchen.
